The ninth instalment of the Leadership series was delivered by the well-known and well-respected Prof. Dr. Aung Tun Thet on the topic of “Leading Millennials in the Workplace” on 29 August 2024.

A huge thanks to our speaker for presenting insightful knowledge focusing on the Millennials, Five paradoxes about Millennials in the Workplace, What they need and why it matters? and What do Millennials want in modern leaders?

We also thank around 150 attendees who joined today’s session individually and as groups, especially for contributing many thoughtful questions.
